What happens during the Skype coaching session?
Every session is different but broadly speaking there are two elements.
Firstly, we’ll identify your weak points (those that are most pertinent to both your interview AND your prospective role), we’ll then progress to create a clear action plan for you to strengthen those areas and mitigate any damage they could do to your candidacy.
Secondly, we’ll identify your strongest points and create a clear action plan that ensures you leverage those strengths to your fullest advantage. Your session is about giving you the best platform to succeed and it will be uniquely shaped by your situation, role and competencies.
(You’ll also receive a recording of your Skype session. This means you can review it at your leisure to ensure you extract full value from it.)
Do we have to meet in person? Can we meet?
No, the sessions take place via Skype. You can benefit from this programme anywhere in the world provided you have an internet connection.
What happens if I can’t make one of the webinars?
It’s obviously better if you can attend the webinars live, because you can ask questions and get involved with the rest of the group, but if for some reason you can’t make it, don’t worry. All of the webinars will be available to download afterwards.
Can I get a refund if I don’t like the program?

It was just before my interview for an airline company and I knew we were going to have a couple of group exercises on the day. Hi Mike!! I just wanted to say a big thank you for your fab website and podcasts on assessment day techniques. I work as an admin grade in the Welsh Government in Cardiff and a recent promotion campaign required a group exercise as one of the “tests”. Having only ever worked for approx 20 years in the civil service I had very little knowledge how these should be performed.I read your guide & practised with colleagues using your techniques and I listened to all your podcasts.
There were many of your techniques that I used during my assessment day, two which stand out are offering to be the timekeeper during the group exercise and referring to the other candidates by their names.I am so pleased to say that today I found out that I have passed this part of the campaign(scoring maximum points!! ).
