Customer Service Assessment Test

Call Center Assessment Tests

Technician Assessment Tests
Another popular test is the technician assessment which will be given to candidates applying for the following roles:
- Wire technician
- Premises technician
- AT&T facility technician
- Installation technician
- Cable splicing technician

There are 2 main tests you may be given called the Technical Mechanical Test II (TMT II) and the Technical Mechanical Test Field II (TMTF II). These timed tests take 50 minutes to complete and are made up of 50 multiple-choice questions.
You may be asked questions on the topics of logical, mechanical, spatial relations, and conversion problems. You may also have to do some basic math and geometry.
